Alche, Inc. (the "Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") as follows. The Company complies with applicable laws and other norms, and continuously works to improve its personal information protection practices in response to changes in its environment.


Article 1 (Personal Information)
"Personal information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information: information that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other descriptions contained therein, including information that can easily be cross-referenced with other information to identify a specific individual.

Article 2 (Purposes of Use of Personal Information)
The Company uses personal information for the following purposes:
• To provide and operate the Company's services
• To announce new features, updates, and campaigns of the Company's services
• To respond to inquiries
• To contact users as necessary, such as for maintenance and important notices
• To let users view, change, or delete their registered information and view their usage status
• For other purposes incidental to the above

Article 3 (Provision of Information to Third Parties)

Article 4 (Operation Logs)
The Company's services record operation history as logs. Recorded information includes operation logs, OS, and device information, but it is not used to identify individuals. Operation logs are used for service management and usage analysis.

Article 5 (Information Security)
When personal information is provided through the Company's services, we strive to ensure safety against unauthorized access by third parties. Personal information is strictly managed under the Company's management standards such as firewalls and intrusion detection, and we take measures to prevent loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage through internal and external training on personal information protection.

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When requested by an individual to disclose their personal information, the Company will do so without delay. However, we may decline to disclose all or part of it where disclosure could harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party; if we decide not to disclose, we will notify the individual without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen per request applies to disclosure of personal information.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
If personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the individual may request the Company to correct, add to, or delete it ("Correction, etc.") through the procedures specified by the Company. If the Company receives such a request and determines it necessary to respond, it will correct the personal information without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
If an individual requests suspension or deletion of the use of their personal information ("Suspension of Use, etc.") on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was obtained by improper means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
Based on the results of that investigation, if the Company determines it necessary to respond to the request, it will suspend the use of the personal information without delay.
